Question :     As a IRCTC Authorized agent can I book unlimited Train tickets?

Answer  :      Yes as a IRCTC authorized you can book unlimited tickets without any fear. Normal Tickets (AC & Non AC) Tatkal Tickets*, Lower berth Quota, Senior Citizen Quota.

Question :     Can I Book Tatkal Tickets?*  

Answer  :      Yes, You can book Tatkal Ticket as per Indian Railway Rules. Tatkal Ticket for any agents including Indian Railway agents is allowed after 10.15 AM for AC and 11.15 AM. Booking Tatkal Ticket using personal ID for other than family members is a punishable offence.

1. Imprisonment for up to three years 

2. A fine of up to ten thousand rupees 

3. Forfeiture of the tickets

Question :     My Mobile number which is attached with Adhar Number is also attached with IRCTC personal ID. What I should do?  

Answer  :      First of all if you are applying for IRCTC authorized IRCTC agency the you should close your personal ID. Secondly you can provide another new mobile number for IRCTC Registration and your existing mobile number will be used for verification purpose only. In such case you should have 2 Mobile numbers 1 which is linked with Adhar and another which is not registered with IRCTC

Question :     Can I display authorized Rail booking center on Shop / Firm / Company Sigh board?

Answer  :      No, You cannot use the name or Logo of Indian Railways, But You can display as "IRCTC Authorized E-Ticket (Rail) Booking Center"
